Enterprise Automation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive quality and efficiency across our software delivery lifecycle. As an Enterprise Automation Lead, you will play a critical role in driving quality and reliability of automation solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and execute comprehensive testing strategies and test plans.
  • Champion and implement an automation-first approach in test execution strategies.
  • Influence and guide stakeholders on test automation best practices and quality standards.

You will be responsible for leading testing efforts across multiple projects, championing an automation-first approach, and ensuring robust test strategies are implemented to support our enterprise technology initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Software Tester or Test Lead.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with API testing and performance testing tools.
  • Familiarity with database testing and SQL scripting for data validation.
