Job Title: Corporate Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global Boutique Corporate Finance firm, providing expert financial advice to clients.

Job Description:

This role involves working as part of a high-performing team, assisting the lead financial modeler in developing and reviewing detailed financial models. The successful candidate will have strong numeric capability, gained through experience in Financial Services, Banking, Funds, Insurance, Accounting or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team in delivering full client services, including advice on treasury and derivatives, financial strategy, corporate finance, debt and strategic planning.
  • Work with the team to analyse and review corporate documents and financial information to assist client business planning and strategy.
  • Develop research and analysis in the delivery of client reports and attend meetings to present on same to range of diverse corporate C Suite clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have gained at least Level 9 master's Qualification within a finance discipline and will have at least 1 year experience within Financial Services - Banking, Funds, Insurance, Accounting etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
