We are looking for a Tech Lead Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is a critical role for someone passionate about building scalable, modern backend systems using Microsoft technologies and cloud-native patterns.

You will work closely with architects, product managers, and fellow engineers to design and deliver high-impact features, with an emphasis on CQRS, event-driven architecture, and cloud-first principles.

Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a Lead Engineer or Technical Lead and brings strong leadership, mentoring, and architecture experience to the table.

What You Will Do

  • Design, build, and maintain highly available backend systems and APIs.
  • Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
  • Mentor and guide mid-level and junior engineers.
  • Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
  • Work in a collaborative, agile team environment with product and design.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands-on backend development experience, primarily with .NET Core.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services (App Services, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Event Hubs).
  • Experience with NoSQL data stores and CQRS pattern.
  • Comfortable working with GitHub and GitHub Actions for source control and CI/CD.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A problem-solver mindset with attention to clean architecture and scalability.
