Job Overview

The trainee will work closely with the store manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of convenience store operations and Subway facility management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, select, and train store personnel to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring profit margins meet required targets.
  • Promote loss prevention and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and handle banking tasks efficiently.
  • Oversee the Subway area and contribute to its success.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate teams.
  • Familiarity with inventory management principles and basic finance concepts.
  • Proficiency in using email and computer systems for business operations.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferably with 2+ years of experience in retail management.
