Job Title: Financial Planning/Cost Accountant

Our client is currently seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Cost Analyst to join their team.
This role will involve partnering with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Partnering: Work closely with the Managing Director, Finance Director, and business leadership to provide operational support on a day-to-day basis.">
• Drive Decision Making: Utilize robust financial analysis to inform capital investment, cost-saving, and innovation initiatives.">
• Operational Performance Reporting: Collaborate with the Managing Director and Factory Manager to identify areas for continuous improvement and cost reduction.">

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Financial Planning and Accounting or Manufacturing Cost Accountant position within a manufacturing environment.">
• Strong financial analysis skills, including experience with variance analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.">
• Manufacturing factory experience and proficiency in Excel, with advanced charting and database skills.">
• Fluent written and spoken English, with exceptional time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.">
• Collaborative and metrics-driven approach, with a commitment to process accuracy and results.">
