Job Title: Experienced Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a key member of our dispensary team, you will be responsible for dispensing prescriptions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispensing and preparing prescriptions in accordance with established procedures
  • Providing high-quality customer service to patients, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Managing stock control and ordering supplies to maintain efficient operations
  • Maintaining accurate records of prescription control, claims, and rejects
Requirements
  • Approved Pharmacy Technician Qualification
  • At least two years' experience in a pharmacy or technician/dispensary role
  • In-depth knowledge of medications and pharmaceutical products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
