Accounting Professional: Enabling Growth and Success

About the Role: You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, overseeing preparation of management accounts, audit files, CRO returns, income tax, and corporation tax returns.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements under FRS 102 (and IFRS/UK GAAP if applicable).
  • Oversee preparation of management accounts, audit files, CRO returns, income tax, and corporation tax returns.
  • Review junior staff work and provide timely feedback.
  • Support managers and partners in delivering complex assignments.
  • Act as a key contact for client onboarding, day-to-day queries, and relationship management.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and assist with proposals and business development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain working papers and documentation to audit and firm standards.
  • Assist with staff training and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Liaise with statutory authorities on behalf of clients.
  • Participate in training seminars, team meetings, and social events.
