Project Manager Role Overview

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the West and Mid-West of Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in construction management to lead our project teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Maintain high levels of safety and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, Foreman, or Senior Engineer in the construction industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
