About Your New Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Blackpool, Cork.
This is a great opportunity to work for a leading pizza brand with a strong focus on teamwork and employee morale.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- People management, mentoring, and training
- Staff rotas and scheduling
- Cash handling and stock management
- Delivering outstanding quality, service, and store profitability

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Written and spoken fluent English
- A relevant food qualification or degree is advantageous
- Previous experience working as a team leader or supervisor in hospitality or food, preferably in fast food
- Experience in supervising staff and managing opening and closing procedures
- Able to commute to Blackpool, Cork, and hold a valid EU passport or Stamp 4 Visa
