As a Yield Engineering Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in sustaining and improving yield performance while driving development in associated systems for F24/F34 and VF Yield matching, development, and excursion prevention.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field. Up to 10+ years of experience in yield data analytics, wafer fab environment, Semiconductors, Device and Yield Analysis tools is also required.
- Agile Problem-Solving: Demonstrated experience in rapidly analyzing complex process problems and identifying effective solution paths is essential.
- Collaborative Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to build effective partnerships and drive action to reduce defect density and drive yields higher.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of yield analysis techniques and systems, understanding of processing techniques (Lithography, Etch, Implant, CMP, CVD, plating, diffusion, thin films, etc), yield engineering data analysis tools, and working knowledge of semiconductor devices is necessary.
