BIM Technical Specialist

A BIM technical specialist is needed to drive innovation and deliver high-quality projects in County Louth.

Your New Role:

  • Develop and manage 3D building information models for structural, MEP, and project components.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers for seamless design integration.
  • Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution before construction begins.
  • Maintain BIM standards, guidelines, and quality controls across all project stages.
  • Prepare accurate documentation, reports, and updates to support project delivery.
  • Provide training and technical support on BIM tools and best practices.
  • Ensure models and data are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with project requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a BIM-focused role within construction, architecture, or engineering.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in multi-disciplinary teams.
