Job Description

The role of Automation Systems Manager involves overseeing the qualification of computerized systems involved in plant expansion and improvement projects, including utilities system changes and installations of packaging & filling equipment.

This position requires close collaboration with the client's QA department to ensure compliance with their requirements.

Key responsibilities include designing, commissioning, and qualifying automation systems, as well as drafting and approving related documentation.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing commissioning, qualification, and validation activities, preparing validation master plans, and executing DQ, FATs, and SATs.

  • Design and Commissioning: Develop and implement design specifications for automation systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Qualification and Validation: Lead qualification and validation activities, including developing protocols, conducting testing, and reviewing results.
  • Documentation: Draft, review, and approve related documentation, such as operation manuals and technical reports.

  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues.
