Job Description:

We are currently seeking a strategic HR leader to lead our clients HR function during a maternity leave cover.

This is a unique opportunity to influence and shape the HR agenda across international operations in Ireland, the UK, and India.

About the Role:

As the Senior HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategy with business goals.

You will report to the Senior Leadership Team and work cross-functionally with group-level stakeholders to lead a high-performing HR team and ensure best-in-class employee experience and compliance.

  • Contribute to business planning and lead HR strategy aligned with organisational goals.
  • Provide expert advice while ensuring all practices comply with employment legislation.
  • Partner with managers to drive a culture of continuous feedback, development, and high performance.
  • Maintain and update policies, handbooks, and frameworks across international locations.
  • Identify training needs and support professional growth across the organisation.
  • Lead and support key HR initiatives; prepare monthly HR reports for senior leadership.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role
  • Strong understanding of employment law (Ireland essential; UK/India desirable)
  • CIPD qualification (Level 8 or equivalent) preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
  • Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
