">Key Responsibilities and Requirements
">- Work closely with the Person in Charge to ensure high standards of care are maintained, adhering to HIQA requirements.
- Develop and implement individualised education, training, and development plans for service users.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment for service users.
Qualifications and Experience
">- Level 7 Degree in Social Care (in progress) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience working with individuals with complex needs in diverse settings.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and HIQA standards, with demonstrated ability to implement.
- Excellent IT skills and report writing abilities.
- A full clean driving license is mandatory.
