System Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled System Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the implementation team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the technical requirements of the programme, including peripheral estate infrastructure, hardware deployment, user authentication, network configuration, downtime solution(s), disaster recovery, and liaising with facilities managers.
  • Collaborate with other workstream leads to ensure close alignment of multiple technical capabilities with clinical and business system deployment.
  • Provide hands-on support during go-live and stabilisation phases, ensuring continuity of operations and rapid issue resolution relating to data migration.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in health IT infrastructure and enterprise system architecture.
  • Direct experience with MEDITECH Expanse or equivalent enterprise EHRs e.g. EPIC or Oracle Cerner.
  • Experience with the technical architecture of EHR systems, including system hosting, performance tuning, and disaster recovery.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • Experience integrating EHR systems with ancillary systems (PACS, LIS, RIS, pharmacy, etc.).
