You will be responsible for delegating duties to shift managers, ensuring the smooth operation of the site, and contributing to the company's continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delegate duties to shift managers.
  • Lead your supervisory team to ensure they are engaged and high performing through skills assessment, training, performance development, feedback, and support.
  • Manage maintenance department to implement preventative maintenance programmes and maximize resources.
  • Ensure a safe working environment exists for all workers within the site, meeting the requirements of the company's Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
  • Involve with Quality/Technical departments to ensure quality standards are achieved.
  • Take an active role in the company's Continuous Improvement initiatives and other similar projects.
