- Handle all documentation, filing, and record-keeping, ensuring everything is organized and accessible for the project team.
- Assist in preparing and distributing project reports, including site diaries and progress reports.
- Manage site paperwork, including drawings, safety documents, RFIs, and material orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers to track orders, deliveries, and stock levels.
- Check deliveries for accuracy and condition, updating inventory records accordingly.
- Assist the Health & Safety Officer by maintaining and updating site safety records.
- Act as a point of contact between the site management team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Keep track of on-site staff attendance and report any discrepancies to site management.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and reporting any delays or issues to the Project Manager.
