Job Summary:
We provide person centred care to individuals in a residential setting.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and promoting the independence of service users.
This includes developing and upskilling service users to deliver high quality care, maintaining professional working relationships with colleagues and service users, and supporting individuals in achieving their full potential.
The successful candidate will have a passion for engaging with service users on a daily basis and be highly motivated and creative.
- Provide care to individuals who avail of our service

Working hours involve a 7-day roster involving shift work. We offer a range of benefits including comprehensive induction process, continuous professional development, and fantastic career opportunities.
Skills Requirement:
- No qualification required (all necessary training provided)
- Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline
A good attitude to work and passion for supporting people is required.
A full driver's licence is required or you should be in the process of achieving a full driver's licence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing individualised care plans
- Providing emotional support and promoting independence
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents as necessary
- Participating in ongoing training and development
