Senior Freight Forwarder

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the coordination of road freight operations, customs documentation and customer service across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in logistics management and key account relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage Road Freight Operations across Europe
  • Coordinate deliveries, collections, and customs documentation as required
  • Process export and import bookings for global airfreight shipments
  • Track shipments from booking through to delivery and ensure timely customer invoice and payment
  • Entry of shipments and processing of import & export orders
  • Preparation and monitoring of quotation offers
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to both clients and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company procedures
  • Resolve operational issues proactively and efficiently
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, including client communication, problem-solving, and service delivery
  • Strong understanding of logistics documentation and customs procedures
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Proven commercial negotiating skills
