Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of complex equipment.

  • This role involves regular travel throughout Ireland, with occasional trips to the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and servicing of product range.
  • Provide training to client's maintenance team, on-site evaluations, installation of machine upgrades and equipment testing.
  • After sale customer calls, equipment repairs, product troubleshooting, in-house product testing and demos.
  • Help with the commissioning process of the final product by wiring control panels, motors, e-stops, and isolators.

Requirements:

  • Electrical or Instrumentation abilities with relevant experience.
  • Experience in the installation, training, calibration, repair and maintenance of highly technical advanced equipment.
  • Field Service and/or troubleshooting experience.
  • Working knowledge of computers and most common software packages.
  • Working knowledge of MS SQL an advantage.
  • Ability to produce technical presentations and to deliver training effectively.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, location and hours.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer focused, with a passion for building strong relationships with your internal & external customers.

  • Valid driving licence essential.
  • You will have access to a company vehicle and full product training will be provided.
