Private Equity Fund Administration Role


  • Spearhead the management of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting, audit, and reporting functions for a diverse portfolio of private equity and debt funds.
  • Oversee LP / investors' capital calls, distributions, investor financial reports and capital statements with precision and accuracy.
  • Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders through in-depth understanding of contractual agreements and dedication to excellent execution.
  • Leverage your expertise to drive team deliveries, development & growth while ensuring seamless execution against agreed deliverables.
  • Implement robust Change Control processes to defend against service scope creep.
  • Design and execute control frameworks through high-quality execution of checklists and procedure production.
  • Prioritize the timely escalation of successes and issues to senior management.

Key Skills and Qualifications


  • A proactive attitude with ability to multi-task and meet tight reporting deadlines. Strong organisation and planning skills are essential.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to doing the right thing, showcasing ownership and accountability.
  • Show willingness to own end-to-end servicing of a fund or client relationship.
  • Excellent data literacy skills with understanding of data chain importance in private market structures. Proficiency in Alteryx is a distinct advantage.
  • Promote global operating model and drive self and team improvement processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with FIS Investran or Arcesium or equivalent double entry accounting platform is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in Private Equity fund administration or alternatives funds industry is preferred.
  • Qualified/part-qualified accountant or proven experience in accounting with exposure to US/Lux/UK GAAP and IFRS is required.
