Job Title: Principal Engineering Professional

The position of Principal Engineering Professional is a highly technical role that requires expertise in Lean Six Sigma, manufacturing, and automation. This professional will provide technical leadership at the facility, applying broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures to deliver complex assignments.

Responsibilities
  • Determine precise requirements for new equipment; design, test, and integrate components; evaluate effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safety.
  • Develop specifications and process validation plans; review material part specifications and bills of materials.
  • Establish supporting documentation, SOPs, and work instructions compliant with GMP standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to Process/maintenance Technicians and other Engineers.
  • Conduct process validation for products and processes, including VP, IQ, OQ, PQ, and documentation.
  • Apply Value Centred Engineering to enhance quality, service, and cost efficiency.
  • Support the development of a world-class manufacturing team skilled in process improvement and problem-solving using Six Sigma tools.
  • Monitor line performance and implement structured event plans to address systemic issues.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a med devices manufacturing environment.
