We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Social Care Worker to join our dedicated team in Longford. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting, promoting independence and person-centred planning.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant area, along with a clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking. They will also possess working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures, as well as Children's First guidelines and procedures.
A Full Clean Manual Driving License is required for this role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day running of the service and be part of an energetic and hard-working team who provide a safe and supportive environment for young people to heal and develop.
