Social care is a rewarding field that allows professionals to make a positive impact on people's lives. As a social care worker, you will have the opportunity to support adults in achieving their goals and improving their well-being.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities. They will also have a strong understanding of relevant legislation and be able to work effectively with challenging behaviors.
The position requires a valid full manual driver's license and the availability of a car for use during work hours. The ideal candidate will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as proficient IT skills relevant to the role.
Key Responsibilities- Support adults in achieving their goals and improving their well-being

- Provide person-centered care to individuals with complex needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
- At least 1 year's experience of working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities
- Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation
- Valid full manual driver's license and own car availability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient IT skills relevant to the role
