Pizza Chef Role

We are seeking an experienced pizza chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for crafting traditional-style pizzas that meet our high standards.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for pizza-making and a keen eye for detail. They will also possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook traditional-style pizzas, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain ingredient freshness.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Create and maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in pizza quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a pizza chef or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including hand-stretching dough and using a wood-fired oven.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Food safety and sanitation certification preferred.
