We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization as a senior research and development engineer.

Job Overview

This role involves managing and delivering complex projects with significant technical challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing an understanding of the disease state, gathering user needs, and translating them into technical specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong design and technical ability based on a broad and deep knowledge of fundamental engineering principles.

Responsibilities
  • Develop technical specifications from user needs
  • Support direct team members in delivering project goals
  • Create innovative product solutions to address unmet needs
  • Develop test models for prototype performance evaluations
  • Analyze test data and interpret results to identify optimal solutions
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 4 years' experience in medical device design and development
  • A strong work ethic, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
