Microbiological Laboratory Professional

The position of Microbiological Laboratory Professional involves performing a variety of routine and non-routine microbiological analytical techniques in compliance with GMP requirements. This includes environmental monitoring, WFI sampling & testing, growth promotion testing, and final product testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine microbiological analytical techniques including environmental monitoring, WFI sampling & testing, growth promotion testing, and final product testing in compliance with GMP requirements.
  • Support general laboratory readiness, laboratory equipment qualification, and method qualifications.
  • Integrate and complete documentation on time, familiarizing yourself with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
  • Follow up-to-date analytical practices referring to pharmacopoeias, specifications, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Support the laboratory testing schedule to achieve an efficient quality control system.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Microbiology Laboratory environment.
  • Working knowledge of quality control systems, including electronic logs, electronic lab notebooks, LIMS, etc.
