You will be responsible for guiding a talented full-stack engineering team focused on building high-performing data platforms.

- Ensure the development and delivery of reliable software solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience managing high-velocity teams of developers.
- Expertise in building large-scale distributed systems with high availability, scalability, and resilience.
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate thoughts and proposals.
- Familiarity with data platforms and experimentation.
- Dedication to delivering results with excellence, demonstrated through 10 years of work experience and 5+ years of team management.
