You will conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to current and prospective customers, manage and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with your line manager, track and analyze customer acquisition metrics, handle objections professionally to secure successful outcomes, and provide ad-hoc customer service over the phone and support additional sales initiatives as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting sales calls to acquire new customers and upsell existing ones
- Managing performance metrics and exceeding targets
- Analyzing customer behavior and preferences
- Providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a sales or target-driven role
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a similar role
- Experience in selling to a diverse customer base
- Positive, competitive, and self-motivated mindset with a drive to consistently deliver results
- Strong sense of personal ownership and a proactive approach to performance improvement
