The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Verification Officer at Sgs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing driving licence applications in a timely manner while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Process driving licence applications within defined timeframes;">
  • Ensure compliance with Identity Validation, Document Validation, and NDLSFO Business Rules;">
  • Provide outstanding customer service, adhering to highest standards;">
  • Complete on-site and virtual training as required and maintain accurate records;">
  • Maintain due diligence when reviewing documents and image/signature captures;">
  • Comply with Company Code of Integrity Policy, Mobile Phone Policy, and Uniform Policy;">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • ">
  • A strong background in the Service Delivery Sector, with excellent customer service skills;">
  • Fluency in written and oral English, with excellent documentation skills;">
  • A full clean driving licence (useful but not essential);">
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills;">
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team;">
  • Effective interpersonal skills, with ability to build positive working relationships;">
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;">
