Job Title: Sonographer Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced sonographer to lead our team in providing high-quality ultrasound services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sonography team in delivering ultrasound services, ensuring high standards of quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement operational policies and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior staff members, promoting their professional growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest clinical developments and best practices in sonography, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • MSC in Ultrasound or equivalent qualification.
  • CORU registration as a sonographer.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in clinical sonography, with expertise in performing all types of sonographic exams.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
