About Our Role
We are seeking an experienced Divisional CFO to join our team. This is a high-profile position that requires strong leadership and financial expertise.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team, developing and growing new talent, and driving strategic ownership of the company's profit and loss (P&L) statement.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant with experience in large or mid-sized banks with complex balance sheets.
- Comfortable managing a mid-sized team with a small senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership- Central ownership of EMEA numbers, working closely with a lean finance team on the ground and offshore locations.
- Full statutory reporting, financial reporting, and annual close alongside monthly and quarterly/half-yearly reports.
- FP&A and strategic ownership of P&L - cost and revenue.
- Be the Central Bank of Ireland registered director and owner for regulatory reporting for Dublin business.
- Lead a small team, develop, and grow new talent.
- High profile liaison with HQ in Asia, USA, London, and other related global territories.
