Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President to lead our business development efforts in the water treatment sector. As a key member of our global leadership team, you will be responsible for forging strategic partnerships with industry players and driving growth through innovation and technology adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute collaborations with global EPCs and integrators in desalination and industrial water treatment
  • Identify future developments relevant to our business, including technological advancements and market trends
  • Represent our company at industry forums, events, and committees to promote our value proposition
  • Source international projects and initiatives that align with our technology capabilities

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in director-level positions within the water treatment industry, with a proven track record of building strategic relationships
  • Deep understanding of bidding and specing processes, as well as familiarity with water treatment innovations and technology adoption
  • Experience working in a multinational environment, with strong engineering knowledge or degree
  • Fluent English language skills

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, individual contributor position based in Europe, reporting directly to our CEO. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our global team and contribute to shaping the future of our company.
