Job Title: HR Generalist Associate

The Human Resources Generalist will provide support to the Sr. HR Business Partners and HR Manager in delivering local, regional, and global HR initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with assigned business clients to deliver HR services across designated locations.
  • Support the implementation of global human resource strategies under the direction of the HR leadership team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees addressing HR-related inquiries, concerns, and issues.
  • Provide HR clarification around benefits, payroll, and HR policies to employees.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant business or human resources discipline is required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR or equivalent education is required, preferably with HR business systems (e.g., Ultimate, SuccessFactors, SAP HCM) and MS Office applications.

Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
