Compassionate Homecare Leader

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to manage high-quality care for clients across various areas.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, managing care plans and needs.

• Managing client relationships, care plans, and home support workers
• Conducting client assessments, creating personalised care plans, and overseeing care delivery
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
• Coordinating care staff schedules and managing resources effectively
• Building strong relationships with clients, families, and external healthcare providers

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Care, Healthcare Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a healthcare, homecare or client services role
• Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of Irish homecare regulations and best practices
