Dispensing Expert

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Dispensing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient dispensing and preparation of prescriptions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to develop their skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by dispensing and preparing prescriptions with precision and care.
  • Maintain accurate records and control stock levels to ensure seamless inventory management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding patient outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and adhere to best practices in dispensary management.
Requirements:
  • Hold a recognized qualification in pharmacy technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience working in a community pharmacy setting.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with McLernons MPS and MDS systems is desirable.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
