Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, performance, and observability of our platform, directly contributing to our product's success and our customers' satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of infrastructure and operational capabilities as well as ensuring observability for our developers and platform team and stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for SRE, operational readiness, and observability.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and roadmap infrastructure improvements, ensuring alignment with overall product and business goals.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve system observability, including logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.
  • Work with the SRE team to develop and refine incident management and response processes.
  • Advocate for SRE principles and practices across the organization, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
