This Casual Inpatient Nursing position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care as part of our dedicated Inpatient Ward team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing their needs and ensuring a positive experience
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and best practices
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and innovation within the ward

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with An Bord Altranais (General Division of the live register)
  • Previous surgical hospital experience (orthopaedic experience desirable but not necessary)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple issues simultaneously
  • Computer literate
  • Good character and Garda Vetting clearance required
