Senior Talent Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to lead our permanent recruitment desk.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent management, sales, and business development, with a strong focus on client relationships and team growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales and targets;
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and networking;
  • Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities and capitalize on them;
  • Overseeing the sourcing, screening, and interview process for top-tier candidates;
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with candidates, including post-placement support;
  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting a team of five consultants to drive sales and targets;
  • Fostering a positive, collaborative team environment with energy and mentorship.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness;
  • Ambitious with a professional pace with clients;
  • Positive, motivated, and charismatic leader;
  • Team player who thrives in a supportive environment;
  • Experience in finance or tech recruitment is highly desirable.
