Job Title: Cyber Security Lead Specialist Job Description:

We are seeking a senior cyber security expert to lead our penetration testing services, manage financial and risk aspects, deliver high-quality results, and develop strategic client relationships.

The ideal candidate has a clear understanding of penetration testing and red-teaming, a strong technical background, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management and delivery of penetration testing services, including project scoping, financial management, risk assessment, and review of deliverables.
  • Developing constructive client relationships, identifying business opportunities within the broader offerings, and contributing to proposals and presentations.
  • Business development, contributing to proposal preparation and participating in client pitches.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must have demonstrable experience in successfully managing and delivering testing services, with a strong technical background in computing, networks, and programming.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality deliverables working alone and as part of a team.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring highly technical teams is an advantage.
