Job Summary

The Shelbourne Hotel seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, unloading, and processing deliveries, as well as verifying and tracking received inventory.

  • Receive, unload, and process deliveries based on invoice and receiving reports.
  • Stage merchandise by department and deliver it to the appropriate area.
  • Verify and track received inventory, completing inventory reports and logs as necessary.
  • Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Secure the receiving room and its contents, ensuring safekeeping of packages.
