Job Summary:

  • Install, wire and set up plant machinery and equipment with minimal supervision.
  • Carry out repairs and troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical and packaging equipment.
  • Perform high-speed repairs to keep production running and maintain strong performance across the production team.
  • Support new equipment installations and modifications, working with suppliers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work from schematics, blueprints and instructions to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records of work completed, including booking parts from stores.
  • Participate in training to build new skills and support cross-training within the team.

Requirements:

  • Qualified electrician (relevant trade qualification required).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well alone or in a team.
