Job Title: Financial Leadership Role for Clinical Research

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for clinical trials and projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, clinical operations, and senior leadership, to provide financial insights and support for strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Controls: Implement and monitor financial controls and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and a culture of continuous improvement in financial business partnering.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
  • Experience: Significant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail and strategic financial planning.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
