An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Duty Manager to join the team of a prestigious hotel in Co Roscommon

About the Role

  • We are seeking a candidate with previous experience as a Duty Manager/Assistant F&B Manager in a busy 4/5* Hotel or similar
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in conference and banquets, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland full-time without restrictions
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Ability to think critically and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Commitment to delivering a high standard of service to all guests, addressing queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with both management and staff
