A minimum QQI Level 7 in Social Care or a related qualification is required, or an equivalent qualification with relevant experience. The role requires a strong understanding of youth support and community work principles.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum QQI Level 7 in Social Care or a related qualification
  • Or hold one of the following along with 18 months practice, in the previous five years:
  • Youth and Community work qualification
  • BA (Hons) Youth and Community Development
  • BA (Hons) Counselling and Addiction Studies
  • Disability Diploma (Primary Care)
  • Degree in Social Science (minimum Level 7)
  • Social Care Qualification (Level 6)
