Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Consulting practice, you will be responsible for delivering transformation projects that drive positive change for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on developing work plans, managing stakeholders, and delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines. You will also apply your personal insight to resolve complex client issues and conduct data analysis and strategic thinking to identify improvement opportunities.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will present insights clearly and logically, deliver client-ready outputs, and manage client relationships. You will also guide junior team members in client engagements and engage confidently with senior clients and manage expectations.

  • Analysis & Insight: Conduct data analysis and strategic thinking to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Relationship Management: Engage confidently with senior clients and manage expectations.
About You
  • You have experience in consulting or in-house environments, delivering transformation projects.
  • You possess skills in strategy design, service design, operating model design & delivery, organisational transformation, project management, data analytics, operational excellence, or digital transformations.
  • You have problem-solving ability, adaptability, and creativity.
  • You can simplify complex ideas and communicate effectively.
  • You understand government/public sector policy and structure.
  • You have experience working with government and public sector partners in areas like justice, health, transport, and education.
