Pharmacy Sales Representative
About the Role:
As a Pharmacy Sales Representative, you will be responsible for championing leading consumer healthcare brands across the Midlands. You will be the face of innovation, building strong relationships with pharmacy stakeholders, driving sales, and delivering impactful campaigns that make a real difference to customers and communities.
You will own your territory and drive brand uptake through smart, data-driven account planning. You will build lasting partnerships with pharmacies, delivering value through education, promotions, and commercial excellence.
Collaborating cross-functionally, you will unlock growth opportunities and overcome market challenges. You will also be a role model for ethical business practices and agile decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive brand uptake and sales growth in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy stakeholders, including pharmacists, owners, and other key influencers.
- Deliver educational presentations and training sessions to support product launches and promotions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
- Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in consumer healthcare or related industry.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Science or related field.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and planning skills.
- A valid driver's license and flexibility to travel.
