Job Overview:
The Beaumont Hospital seeks a highly skilled pharmacist to lead the clinical trials team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines in the hospital, maintaining high standards of quality and value for money. Key Responsibilities:
  1. • Develop and implement policies and operational processes under the supervision of the appropriate Pharmacy Service Manager
    • Participate in departmental mentorship and training programs
    • Maintain the principles of equity, accountability, and quality in daily work
    • Participate in continuing education and research activities

Additional Responsibilities:
  • • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements, including the Pharmacy Act 2007 and all regulations pertaining thereto
    • Ensure best practice and adherence to agreed clinical guidelines
    • Participate in performance monitoring and evaluation of the department's quality and productivity
    • Perform such other duties appropriate to the post as may from time to time be assigned by the Head of Pharmacy Services
