Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multifaceted Tech Transfer projects, creating project controls and schedules
  • Lead cross-functional teams through all project phases, engaging site teams as required
  • Ensure project timelines align with business objectives
  • Rapidly improve processes by applying the most effective project execution methodology

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Tracking KPIs and reporting status to plan
  • Collaborating with project sponsors to ensure project scope is fully defined
  • Leading project management best practices by partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Resolving issues and escalating risks in a timely fashion

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6+ years' experience in a biopharmaceutical manufacturing organization
  • At least 4 years in a project management role, with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Experience in product transfer, bulk drug substance manufacturing, and aseptic fill finish
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Experience in leading cross-functional matrix project teams

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Project management certifications (e.g. PMP)
  • Experience in vaccines, biologics, or sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
