Residential Rehabilitation Therapist

Our residential care facility is seeking a qualified CORU Registered Occupational Therapist to fill a 12-month cover opportunity.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents, working with individuals in long-term care as well as those in step-down beds. They will help achieve greater independence and improve overall well-being by:

• Conducting assessments and planning individualized therapy programs for residents
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living to promote independence
• Implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
• Monitoring and evaluating resident progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
